Curator’s notes

There are no production details on the credits of this film, and the final shot simply cuts out, indicating that it is probably an incomplete fragment. There is information that the production company may have been Master Pictures who operated in the 1920s, however this is not conclusive. The tinted nitrate print of The Manufacture of Khaki was deposited with the National Film and Sound Archive by Mr Peter Ricketts.

Original aspect ratio: 1.33:1 (Academy full frame)
